- The importance of enabling two-factor authentication and how to use it
- Opening attachments and links with caution
- Security of mobile phones and laptops
- Signs and events that require immediate reporting
- Who to contact? How to report?
- Immediate steps to protect yourself and the organization
- Encouraging early reporting without fear of punishment
